I am a best-selling author. Most of my works have been sponsored by major corporations or financial institutions; ie. recently "The Story of California's Gold Country" for Placer Sierra Bank (now Wells Fargo) and "Disneyland Storybook Calendars" for the Walt Disney Company.
I received, from Walt Disney Imagineering, a contract offering me a position as consultant. Following meetings with Jack Lindquist (former President of Disneyland) and Barry Braverman (producer in charge of Disney's California Adventure) and my call to Card Walker (friend and former CEO of the Walt Disney Company) it became obvious to me that what Disney really wanted was my life's work ie. "California/west of the West." At the time I was in discussions with Wells Fargo Bank and CPB (Corporation for Public Broadcasting) concerning the same. A savy Franciscan buddy of mine asserting, "Adam, you know that your project is worth a fortune." I felt compelled to decline Disney's penurious offer rather than surrender over to them my "child."
That which followed was criminal and I would subsequently discover, orchestrated by Melvin R. Collings, his wife (not my Mother) Terry Harris and my siblings.
For fourteen years I occupied the same beach front apartment at San Clemente where faithfully every month I paid rent as per my month to month lease agreement.
During the course of said arrangement an ATT area supervisor informed me that my landline was being tapped. Thereafter often I would return home to discover one home improvement after another and each accompanied by the disappearance of manuscripts, pages from my journals, tax filings etc.
My first call concerning said set of circumstances was, of course, to the only other person with a key. The Landlord, Pete Haefner, denying any knowledge of or trespass concerning the aforementioned. I changed the locks, gave the Landlord his key (as required by my lease agreement) and requested that the Orange County Sheriff's Department investigate.
And received unexpected calls and one on one from not only OC Sheriffs' Department Investigator Trey Hunt but his superior and various other officers familiar with my work and my situtation, informing me that Melvin R. Collings, his wife Terry and my brothers in collussion with sympathetic LDS public servants and officials were behind the phone tapping, trespassing, on-going theft, mail tampering AND accessing of my financial statements, etc. ; even covertly micro-managing, so as to syphon off incomes and shut down installation of, my website.
Meanwhile neighbors reported seeing Melvin's wife Terry together with the Landlord's girlfriend in my home while I was away. Accordingly I filed an unlimited breach of contract civil suit against the Landlord (I could not bring myself to file suit against family directly and was assured that once a deposition of the Landlord occured my family would be chased out of the closet) and was predictably confronted with an eviction notice.
Whereupon my father offered to install me as HIS tenant in HIS Anaheim home. Legal counsel advised that I accept said situation; that I remain quiet and stay as close as I possibly could to him. I would come to discover that attorney Dean Mixon, et al did not have my best interests at heart but rather was himself colluding with the Defendant (s).
And in Anaheim I awoke to find myself quite literally under house arrest as it were: ATT alerting me to the fact that I had been placed on a five plus one calling network, meaning that many incoming and outgoing calls were being shared with five other individuals. This sort of hacking lying outside of their jurisdiction, ATT nonetheless assisting by blocking ALL" conference calling" and thus allowing for me to identify trespass each time it occurred by virtue of an icon; and thereby capture many of the phone numbers.
Still my entire network of friends and business associates all but vanished as I moved forward with efforts to subpoena and depose. Communicating with 1400 Facebook Friends today most often results in but a single response, etc., if any.
We have identified that all of my calls were being routed through an unlisted landline in Yorba Linda (where Melvin and Terry Collings reside) and that my sponsors and friends were receiving calls from a female who, claiming to represent me, negotiated away speaker's fees, book orders, precipitated cancellations of my participation in events etc, all by virtue of the way that she characterized (libeled and slandered) me.
Having thus been criminally isolated, discredited and nearly bankrupted AND NOW after less than a year in Anaheim presented with an eviction notice (?) I went ahead and redrafted my unlimited civil suit to include not merely Pete Haefner (my Landlord of 14 years in San Clemente) but Melvin R. Collings (my new "landlord") as well. Assistance from the Public Law Library has aided me in serving subpoenas and preparing incoming written depositions.
PLEASE do not allow my family and the LDS Church to silence and humiliate me anymore than they already have.
My Mother (who is not Melvin's wife) informed me early on that she and my father had purchased for me together the house that I am now "renting" from him while I was away in South America serving my LDS Mission. She also informed me that Melvin R. Collings had repeatedly covertly received monies from me by profiteering off earlier published works of mine.
Frankly, and especially given said set of circumstances I was surprised when he presented me with an Anaheim "rental agreement (?)" of any kind.
Having said that, as far as I'm concerned Melvin and Terry HAVE collected the rent.
Each time that they torpedoed a book order, grant application or speaking engagement

Each time Melvin and Terry contacted a sponsor to insist that I didn't need my speakers' fees

Each time Melvin and Terry contacted community leaders such as the LDS Chairman of the Ajachemem Nation (California Indian) Anthony Rivera, or Brent Romney, the LDS former Assistant to OC District Attorney Tony Raukaukus, and etc., to suggest that I was mentally ill (Mormon speak for homosexual) or a sex offender (I was actually called up for sodomizing my husband, et al and, upon the dissolution of our 18 year relationship, reeling from grief and heartache, found myself being hustled before a Bishop's Court and summarily excommunicated from my LDS Community of Faith) or to broadcast that I was "pandering filth and falsehood at $50 a copy" with my latest book "CALIFORNIA/WEST OF THE WEST (wherein and for the first time ever an inclusive narrative of our State's unprecedented and shared multi cultural heritage is celebrated),"
THEY COLLECT THE RENT.
I ask for a stay of your judgement and or a continuance as I proceed with my case (attached). At this juncture I simply can no longer afford fighting off said effrontery while paying rent to the offenders.
I would like my career back, please.
I would like my Life back.
I would like MY MONEY back.
